POLWEL’s #GetMeThisGift Meme Contest Terms & Conditions

1. The #GetMeThisGift Meme Contest (the “Contest”) is organised by POLWEL Co-operative Society Limited (“POLWEL”).

2. By entering the Contest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including any amendments thereto (the “T&Cs”).

3. POLWEL reserves the right to amend the T&Cs from time to time, and modify, cancel, or suspend the Contest at its sole discretion at any time. Notice of any such amendments, cancellations or suspension will be posted on POLWEL’s Instagram, Facebook and TikTok pages.

Eligibility
4. This Contest is open to all aged 18 years or over residing in Singapore as of the date of submission post (“entry”).

5. To submit a valid entry for the Contest, you must follow the steps as stated in POLWEL’s post on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok. This includes:
a. Creating a creative meme with any one of our products;
b. Sharing your meme on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok by tagging @sgpolicegifts and hashtag #GetMeThisGift;
c. Making sure your Facebook/Instagram/TikTok account is set to ‘Public’.

6. Multiple Contest entries per account are accepted. However, each contestant is only entitled to 1 winning entry.

Mechanics
7. The Contest starts on 1 July 2021, 12:00pm and ends on 31 August 2021, 11:59pm (Singapore Time). All entries must be received by 31 August 2021, 11:59pm (Singapore Time).

8. Entries submitted after the stated date and time will not be accepted.

9. By submitting an entry, the contestant (hereinafter also referred to as "You") agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept as final and binding, the decisions of POLWEL in relation to this Contest.

10. The entry must fulfil all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these terms and conditions or any other rules or specifications issued by POLWEL, may, at any time and at any stage of the contest, at the sole discretion of POLWEL, be disqualified from the contest.

11. You warrant that each entry submitted for the contest is original and has been created by the contestant. By submitting the entry, you further agree to be liable to POLWEL for any violation of confidentiality, patent, copyright or any other intellectual property rights in the entry, and to indemnify and hold POLWEL harmless from and against any actions, claims, loss or damages for infringement or alleged infringement of such confidentiality, patent, copyright or other intellectual property rights and against any third-party actions.

12. POLWEL reserves the right to remove entries that:
a. are inappropriate, defamatory, offensive, obscene, harassing, threatening, racially or religiously biased or offensive;
b. violate another’s copyright or intellectual property rights;
c. condone or promote illegal activity;
d. are fraudulent, deceptive or misleading;
e. contain spam or are intended to cause technical disruptions to this Contest;
f. are posted on behalf of any merchant or manufacturer, or the Contestants were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party;
g. are off topic; or
h. violate any law or regulation.

Prize
13. 3 most creative entries will be selected as the winners.

14. Each winner will receive $100 CapitaVoucher and a 1:18 SPF Fast Response Car Diecast Collectible.

15. Selected winners will be notified via DM on their relevant social media account or via POLWEL’s Facebook/Instagram/TikTok (“Notification”).

16. Selected winners will have to submit their full name (as per NRIC), e-mail address, and mobile number for verification.

17. The winner must present their original IC to claim the prize.

18. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of Notification, POLWEL reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

19. The Prize is non-replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged/defaced.

20. The winners agree to the use of his/her name and images in any publicity material, as well as their entries. Any personal data relating to the winners will be used solely in accordance with current Singapore data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 21. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any of the platforms – Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. You are providing your information to POLWEL and not to any other party.
