POLWEL CELEBRATES SG60 TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Duration of Giveaway: 1 July to 7 August 2025, 11:59 PM (Singapore Time)

 

General

 

1. The POLWEL Celebrates SG60 (the “Giveaway”) is organised by POLWEL Co-operative Society Limited (“POLWEL”).


2. By participating in the Giveaway, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”), including any amendments thereto.


3. POLWEL reserves the right to amend these T&Cs, or to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted on POLWEL’s Online Shop, Tiktok, Facebook and  Instagram pages.


Eligibility


4. This Giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above residing in Singapore as of the date of the Giveaway post.


5. To qualify, participants must follow the steps as stated during the Giveaway period:

   a. Follow us @sgpolicegifts on either Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.

   b. Like the Giveaway post on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.

   c. Comment and tell us which POLWEL SG Police Gifts is your favourite and tag two (2)            friends.

 

6. Participants may participate on multiple platforms to increase their chances of winning.

 

Mechanics


7. The Giveaway starts on 1 July 2025 and ends on 7 August 2025, 11:59pm (Singapore Time).

8. Comments made after the end of the Giveaway period will not be eligible.


9. By submitting an entry, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these T&Cs. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept POLWEL’s decisions regarding the Giveaway as final and binding.


10. Only entries that fully meet the stated Giveaway requirements will be eligible. POLWEL reserves the right to disqualify entries at any stage if they do not adhere to these T&Cs or any other rules or specifications issued by POLWEL.

 

11. Accounts, regardless of social media platform, must be set to public for their entries to qualify.


12. POLWEL reserves the right to remove and/or disqualify comments that:

  • are found to be fraudulent, deceptive or misleading;
  • are inappropriate, defamatory, offensive, obscene, harassing, threatening, racially or religiously biased or offensive;
  • violate another’s copyright or intellectual property rights;
  • condone or promote illegal activity;
  • contain spam or are intended to cause technical disruptions to this Contest;
  • are posted on behalf of any merchant or manufacturer, or the Contestants were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party;
  • are off topic; or
  • violate any law or regulation.

 

Prize

13. A total of thirty (30) winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries.


14. Each winner will receive one (1) POLWEL SG Police Gifts E-Gift Card with value of sixty (60) Singapore dollars.

15. Winners will be notified via DM on their relevant social media account or via POLWEL’s Facebook / Instagram / Tiktok (“Notification”).


16. The winner must provide a valid email address via direct message upon receipt of the Notification for the E-Gift Card to be delivered.


17. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not reply within 14 calendar days of the Notification with a valid email address, POLWEL reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternate winner.


18. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-replaceable in the event of loss, theft, or non-delivery due to incorrect email information.


19. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name and/or social media handle and his/her entry for publicity purposes. Any personal data will be handled in accordance with Singapore’s data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent. 20. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any platform or organisation other than POLWEL. You are providing your information solely to POLWEL and not to any other party.
